Fidel participated in 2nd Annual Mobile Apps 2013 conference on 30th August 2013 held at Matthan Hotel, Bangalore, India. Fidel demonstrated the SMACON device for which Fidel is the sole reseller in India and got overwhelming response from the crowd. Samsung VP Mr. Ochintya Sharma also visited Fidel's stall and showed interest in the device. Fidel has launched a new service for foreign SME companies planning to tap Indian consumer markets. This CLOUD based product monitoring service allows a company to survey Indian consumers and get a feedback about their products.
